BUG: As of 10/29, power bi app access request emails from users have a bad URL (Grant Access)

Old state: Users request access, I receive an email, I click "Grant Access", permissions page is opened, I select Audience and Approve

Current state as of 10/29/2022: Upon clicking "Grant Access"....I go here, but it's just a blank page....sometimes power bi will give me a message box, and then when I click ok, I go to app.powerbi.com/home.

Annoying! Please fix.

This is acknowledged as an issue. We have reported the issue and submitted it to the internal icm platform, No: 347255778 .  Engineers will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update you here if there is any progress , please be patient.

We are fully investigating your problem and once it is acknowledged as an issue, we will submit an ICM to help you fix the issue as soon as possible.

 

As a workaround,you may try like these steps below:

  1. Refresh the app.powerbi.com homepage
  2. Find and enter the workspace where the app is created.
  3. We will see a prompt at the top of the workspace like below:

  1. Click on the prompt and grant access to the user
