BI Service > E-Mail Subscription > Date Format Incorrect

Dear all,

Having an issue specifically related to the E-Mail Subscription feature in BI Service.

The date format on the image sent via E-Mail displays incorrectly (US Format).

The format should be UK.

To confirm, this is not an issue when viewing a report in Desktop or Service.

My Regional settings for Desktop are English, United Kingdom.

My Browser Language / User settings are English, United Kingdom.

Our data is stored in UK South (London).

Any workarounds to ensure the E-mail Subscriptions also display in the correct UK format?

The same issue has been reported internally before: CRI 185374525. Engineering team already known this issue, they currently have a ticket to track this work item.

Hi,

I have the same problem with Portuguese (Brasil) language, the E-mail Subscriptions (Report image and body text e-mail) are sent in US Language.
