AzureBlobs failed to get the response.

I am getting the following error at trying to refresh a dataflow: AzureBlobs failed to get the response: 'The request was aborted: The request was canceled.' I have never experienced this issue before.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi @hilary_tesillo ,

Please update the gateway to the latest version first.

There was an existing ICM(ICM: 248475414) internal about this issue which provided workarounds from PG that you can try:

  1. Move the dataflow to Premium capacity to refresh
  2. If the dataflow is on the shared capacity, which means many other people are using the same resources, it is very likely there are just too many people using those shared resources at the same time, they can try scheduling their refreshes for a different time of the day that may be less busy, or doing multiple refreshes per day to increase the chances of one of them succeeding.
