I'm receiving the following error when trying to retrieve the dataset from Cost Management

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
I cannot find anywhere that shows me the entire value.
This is using a BillingProfileId with a BillingAccountID scope.
Another error when attempting refresh:
Please create a support ticket to get help.
