Azure Consumptions Insights (Beta)

Hi,

I am having an issue getting all the previous months data for my Gov Account. I have two Accounts (one commercial and one gov) and I can get all the information for the commercial into PowerBI using Azure Consumptions Insights (Beta) putting in my Access Number and Access Key. It loads only information from October and November. For commercial it loads all months since the Account began. How do I fix this issue for the Gov account to load all months onto PowerBI?
