Azure Backup app blank tiles

Hi,

I installed and configured Azure Backup App, but it doesn't work. There are pages but on tiles there is no data (no values).

Storage account is synchronized, I've reinstalled the app but no results.

Could you help me with that issue?

Hi @ggr1,

I found the same issue has been reported internally: CRI 76628622. Microsoft PG informed that it will take 4-6 weeks to release the fix . Until then, this is an expected limitation of the content pack. You can check the same issue after 6 weeks and let me know if you still get the issue .

By the way, once you configure reports by saving storage account, you should wait for 24 hours for initial data push to complete. You should import Azure Backup content pack in Power BI only after that time. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-configure-reports

I am having this same issue. There are four days of snapshots in the datastore. I have deleted and re-added the Power BI Azure Backup App several times.
