Azure Backup Blank

Tiles are blank, with maybe a couple reporting 100%.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled. 

Have created a second storage account.  Waited over 24 hours and used the new account.  Still blank tiles.

Has anyone found a resolution to this issue?
