Azure AD content pack being throttled since at least Saturday morning (23-03-2019)

Hi People,

is anyone else seeing this?

My Azure AD Content pack is getting throttled and not refreshing, nor allowing me to update credentials (gets throttled).  This started, for me, on my Saturday morning refresh.

Error details:

Failed to update data source credentials: AADData: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (429). (This request is throttled. Please try again after some time. CorrelationId: ac5dcabf-7aa7-4877-b1d8-dcc82db989a0)Hide details

Any ideas?  I noticed a number of people reporting general refresh issues in Europe, but this one is specific to Azure AD.

It also appears to be tenant specific, as I have another Azure AD tenant that is not exhibiting this issue.

Thanks

Craig

Please check if you meet the following requirements.

1. The connecting user is a global administrator or a security reader or a security administrator.
2. Your tenant is a Premium tenant or  at least one user with Premium license File.

Hi Lydia,

yes, the account I'm using is a Global Admin and it has an Enterprise Mobility + Security E5 license, which includes Azure AD Premium P1 & P2.

Or do you mean a Power BI Premium license?  We've never had one of these, we just have Power BI Pro via O365 E5 licensing.

It was working up until Saturday.

Thanks

Craig

Hi Lydia,

The account I'm using is a Global Admin. As @Anonymous mentioned, do you mean Power BI Premium? Is this a new requirement as the refresh has been working up until last Saturday.

Neville

This is now working again - as of 27/03/2019.

Nothing changed at our end, as far as I'm aware.
