Awarness items should be reported to selected people by Tenant admin.

There is currently available functionality where we can catch information about the messages with status of Degradeded or Outage via email. Unfortunately a lot of messages classified as Awarness in fact they are issues on our side, so it should go to us via email as well. Let's establish the functionality to enable to inform via email about Awarenesses as well.

Please go to Admin Portal, find "Receive email notifications for service outages or incidents" option, specify the desired mail-enabled security group. Please note this feature is available in Premium capacity. For more information, see:
