Automatic update problem with Sharepoint App

Hi, 

I've developed a Power BI wich conects with a Sharepoint online url to get access to some data stored in an online App purchased from the Sharepoint store (Help Desk Plus).

The conexion works perfect in Power BI desktop, retrieving all data needed without problems every time I push the update button. I also can upload the pbix to view it online and works fine. The problem is that the pbix don't updates when online.

I've other online pbix updating without problems, all through a gateway, but this one don't do it. I have tested the Sharepoint credentials (OAuth2) without problems, but when I try to update, both manually and automatically, it fails with this error:

 Any idea? As previously said, it updates without problems in Power BI Desktop.

Hi @vvillagrasa,

The issue should be related to Power BI service. I  would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support.
