Attach a Common Data Model folder to Data Flow doesnt like spaces in the path

When I put in the path to the CDM folder:

"https://xxxxxx.dfs.core.windows.net/powerbi/My Test 02/model.json"

I get the error:

Can't attach external CDM folder.
The path doesn't contain model.json. Please provide the full path to the CDM folder including its definition file (its Model.json file) and try again.

If I replace the spaces with %20 it works. Would be nice if PBI did it on its own.

Hi @Anonymous,

After some research, I found we can get the CDM folder path in Dataflow settings: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-dataflows-configure-workspace-storage-settings#get-the-uri-of-stored-dataflow-files

For your issue, I would suggest you check if the path you getting is following the steps in above document.

If there is still some issues, as I don't have Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 account to test currently, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support.
