Arcgis Map Size & Color Theme Bugs

If Map theme [Size & Color] applied in ArcGIS Map, following bugs will appear :

1. Color labels in [Layers] vanish. I have to turn [Layers] off and then turn on.
2. When I adjust anything in [Symbol style], 1. again.
3. Some [Color ramp] in [Symbol color] and self-define color scheme will reset to default [Color ramp] after 1.

The latest version of Power BI Desktop seems to work fine for me. You may try it and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.
