ArcGIS Security Settings - tick box resetting itself

Hi, I'm having problems with the ticked ArcGIS security box resetting itself. I have to go back every few minutes and tick the box again.  Does anyone know why this is happening and how to resolve it.

The latest version of Power BI Desktop works fine for me. Try to reinstall it.

Thanks. I'm using the July 2021 version so it should work.  I'll test again this week.
