My user has saved their work, logged out and logging back in. Registered with esri. Was put in the right OU. Nothing works.

 

Please help.

Hi,

According to my research, this kind of problem seems to have something to do with cookies settings. You can try to use an incognito window to log in and check if the problem can disappear.
