Apply Query is not finishing in Power BI Desktop

Dear Power BI Team,

please, help us to solve the issue with Apply is not finishing in our report. It was working fine previously. It is connected to Google Big Query and we do have some merges in M transformations.
On November 23rd it stopped working (stopped applying). All data set are working fine and the preview is loading without issues.

I've tried to switch off such Load Data Options like:
*Autodetect new relationships
*Load relationships
*Allow data preview to load in the background
*Enable parallel loading of tables

but nothing has changed. Apply is not finishing even though I see that all data rows are loaded in Tables according to Apply window information.

Please, help to fix the issue.

thanks a lot for the advice. I've tried all the items, and 1 of them worked!

-Clear PBI Desktop cache: did not help

-Refresh all queries in preview: did not help

-Clean cache then refresh all in preview: did not help

-Disable privacy check for the report: FIXED MY ISSUE

-Check all your path locations under "Data source settings": a broken path can lead to PBI hanging - no error in the path - did not help
