Applied steps in Dataflows not scrollable

When there are a lot of steps in the Applied steps section in a dataflow, there is no scroll bar.

It is possible to scroll down by clicking on a step and pressing the down arrow key, but not with the mouse wheel.

I am using Chrome 71.

@v-qiuyu-msft I guess someone from the product team was very nice and solved the issue already!

Not only the steps are scrollable, but we can also resize the Applied steps pane to make it wider.
