App stuck in "Building your app"

Hi!

Some of our users are reporting issues when trying to access an application - application refuses to load and gets stuck in "Building you app" phase.

I'm one of the users expiriencing the issue. From Chrome's dev console:

The issue seems to be related with "subscribe" request which keeps failing even after multiple attempts. You can wait as long as you like, but app stays in the subscribe-ping loop.

Workaround: refresh the page. The app loads fine after F5 has been pressed.

Issue is present when using:

- Chrome (Version 85.0.4183.121, 64-bit). Also in Incognito mode.

- Edge (Version 85.0.564.63, 64-bit).
