App Workspace, Can't get to the "Update App" button.

New bug, there is no way to get to the page for a workspace that lets you publish to an app. 

Clicking on the workspace from the "Workspaces" list doesn't work. Clicking on the name of the workspace in the crumbtrail doesn't work.

If the app is published from a new app workspace, the user to update the app needs to be an admin or member of the app workspace, or a contributor in a new app workspace. If it's the old version app workspace, the users needs to have edit permission in the app workspace.
