Anchor Grid within the native Matrix visual space to center instead of Top Left

Currently the grid within the matrix visual anchors to the top left of the visual space. This creates an odd looking visual when intended to auto-scaling. It would be nice to have the ability to choose the anchoring point for the grid.

@v-qiuyu-msft Please find the screenshot below. The number of columns and rows change as per the selected filter. So it would be aesthetic if the matrix centers to the page.
