Allow scorecard users with edit permission to update Notes from other users

Hello!  Within Power BI Goals, it would be very helpful to have a permission that allows users to update Notes that other users entered.  Currently, even if you have Admin permission on a workspace with a Scorecard, it is not possible to delete or edit notes from a check-in that another user created.  You can delete the check-in and re-enter with the updated notes, but then the check-in shows up under your name, rather than the name of the person who originally entered it.

This would be helpful because we have 1 member who audits the notes each month that other users are inputting.  It would be great to be able to assign a permission where that user could update the notes other people entered on their check-ins.

Thanks!

Hi @wicket250

If you would like to suggest some feature improvements, you may vote the idea and comment there  https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/   to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
