All visuals with lines are broken in Power BI Service

Hey,

Our client reported an issue with published reports.

It appears that most if not all visuals with line values are broken when report is publish to Power Bi Service. Same problem with at least line chart, line and stacked column chart, line and clustered column chart and area chart.

Here's a default view of a published demo report (link to pbix below), at this point everything is as intended.

Now when I shift the scrollbar below each visual just one day to the right. Each and every line disappears, data labels are still there, but the lines are nowhere to be seen.

Problem appears in most browsers, I tested Chrome, IE and Edge myself. In some cases these visuals will crash IE11.

The same issue has been reported internally before: CRI 74368410. 

We are porting the fix over the weekend and PROD will start updating Monday, complete by Wednesday.

We faced the same issue here. And also the area chart is not working as well.
