Alerts is not using Row Level Security

I am using Row Level Security (RLS) to limit data for reports and dashboards on a group dashboard. The user is a member but not admin. The Reports and Dashboards work fine and only show the data they should with the RLS. When we set an alert on a Dashboard KPI that has RLS applied correctly, we get an alert with the total for ALL of the Data in the system and RLS is not applied.

I cannot repro the same issue as you. Could you please post some screenshots and more details for it?

I create a role1 who can only see part of the data. The user1 belongs to this role1 create an alert for the dashboard tile. If I change the data that user1 cannot access to above the threshold, user1 will not receive any alert email. If I change the data that user1 can access to above the threshold, user1 will receive an alert email but not include all data.
