Actualizacion de datos

Qusiera saber como actualizar los datos de mi dashboard de forma automatica sin tener que esperar la actualizacion programada, que sea al momento de ingresar un datos que el dashboard se modifique. 

Utilizo el plan pro y mi hosting de base de datos es amazon, por lo que no se si debo cambiar de plan, configurar algo que no hice anteriormente

As far as I’m concerned, you can only set the scheduled refresh for the underlying dataset to make the data displayed on the dashboard refreshes automatically:

If you have a premium capacity, you can also try the API refresh, which can be unlimited on refresh times within a day.
