Access database lock not released after scheduled refresh

I have a scheduled daily refresh that pulls data into Power BI from a local Access database.  The refresh is working, but after every refresh, the record lock that is applied on the database (while the refresh occurs) is not released upon the completion of the refresh.  (i.e., the ".laccdb" file lock in Access).  The laccdb file cannot be deleted in windows explorer (a message pops that says "this action can't be completed because the file is open in microsoft mashup evaluation container".  The only way I can remove the lock is by restarting my computer.  Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

I can repro the same issue as you. I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 43351402
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.

I’ve got response from the Product Team.

 

This will be fixed in the Sep 2017 version of Power BI Desktop.
