Ability to create zones in scatter plots

I can create defined constant lines in a scatter plot. For example an X line at .75, and a y Line at point 7. For a series lines, my chart might look like photo 1. But what I'd like is to be able to set a range or zone fo color defined by lines, so that you can easily identify items that fall into those zones, as in the drawing in photo 2.

Since the photos won't upload (grr)...

Imagine that on a scatter plot with X of 0-60, and Y of 0-150.

Defined area as shaded at (7,25) to (60,25) and (14, 50) to (60,50)., and  (21, 75) to (60, 75) ....so it kind of looks like a star step going up

@dedmondson

You can upload photos with following option. And this one seems to be a feature request but not issue. You can create an idea in http://ideas.powerbi.com for this desired function.
