Ability to add two Source IP's for the Same Data Source as load balancer

Do we have something like load balancer or fall back plan in Power BI? Example, if the Data Source Server goes down we have to re-publish PBIX files manually with another Server name and then re-schedule again using the Gateway. Can we define two servers for the same source in both Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service so that if my Server 1 goes down then it automatically uses the Server 2 without the need of changing IP and re-publishing the file again.

You can try to use query parameter to define two data sources, then add these two data sources in on-premises data gateway Manage Gateways section. See: https://www.biinsight.com/power-bi-desktop-query-parameters-part-1/
