ARC GIS Map not loading anymore

Hello,

I have a Dashboard created over a year ago that has the ARC GIS Map visual and published online. It has been  working fine up to this week. It suddenly no longer loads. It shows the below image and doesn't display anything. 

Is there any recent update affecting this?

I even tried to open the .pbix file in the New Power BI Desktop (June Release) and still same issue and even the Edit Visual doesn't show.

I tried clearing browser cache as well as deleting local cache with no effect.

Hi @gracemanasseh, 

When you open the report in Power BI desktop, please select on the ArcGIS map visual, check which columns/measures used in this visual. You can add a new ArcGIS map visual into the report page, drag the same columns/measures to the visual to see if the same issue occurs. For the columns putted into the Location, Latitude or Longitude bucket, please set the corresponding Data Category for them.
