50 minute delay between refresh completion and report subscriber email

The report refresh was completed at 8:11:20 and the email was received at 9:02. I looked immediately after the dataset refresh was completed and the report was done, but business users didn't think the report was ready on time due to the delayed subscription email.

What is up with that?  Also, why has my refresh time changed from approximately 2 minutes to approximately ten minutes when the data that comprises the dataset is actually smaller (YTD data is very small)?

Which data source does the dataset get data from? Which connection mode do you use to get data? 

Please check the datetime mentioned in received section "The image above was generated at". Then compare it with the Refresh completed datetime in Refresh history. You might need to consider your time zone.

Hi Qiuyan, "The image above was generated at January 7, 2019 16:12 UTC." That seems to be confirming that the image generated time was the first whole minute after the dataset refresh was completed - not sure how that explains a 50 minute delay in sending the email. Thanks, Duncan
