Following the instructions to load MYOB AccountRight into Power BI and getting nothing. I press the "Get it Now" button after locating it in the web store. A window appears saying "Taking you to Power BI Apps so you can complete this process" and I end back up at the Power BI Welcome page where I started.
I have recently connected to MYOB AccountRight to another service so am confident the cloud connection is available and working.
Appreciate any guidance on what I might be doing wrong?

In addition, you also could have a try with app.
Go to Apps>>Get Apps>> Search for MYOB AccountRight>>Enter your company file name
If you get any errors, please share the error message.
