can anybody help me with this?

I really do not know if the problem is that my oracle server has a client of 64 and the powerBI works only with 32

or that my oracle server has oracle 32bit and power BI is working with 64

or that the server that the gateway is on is 32 and needs to have also 64 or vise versa

thanks

Hi osnat,

What is the bit version of your Oracle client and the Windows Server that Oracle client resides in?

Install both 32-bit and 64-bit Oracle clients on your machine following the instructions in this similar thread, then check if the error goes away.

Thanks,

Many thanks

I installed powerBI desktop for 64 bit and also installed both oracle clients 32 and 64 and now it is working perfect
