able to connect to Sharepoint online list but unable to refresh

Dear everyone,

I have a Share Point Online List that I imported from an Excel SpreadSheet. On that sharepoint list, I can add more items, save and look up. 

Then I can import data from that list to Power BI Desktop. However when I add and save more items on SharePoint List and click to fresh the data on Power BI Desktop, the data are not updated with new added items. 

I wonder what happened and I would like your help to solve it.

I am unable to reproduce your issue in the latest version of Power BI Desktop(2.52.4921.682), when I add items in SharePoint Online list, the items are updated in Power BI Desktop after I click Refresh.

Would you mind sharing the Excel file and describe details about the items you add?
