Hi there!
I have two reports that are connected to Zendesk (different Zendesk URLs) through Power BI Desktop (also different pbix files).
One refreshes in Power BI Service just fine. The other, however, when I try to select the same Gateway (I only have one) for the auto refresh on Power BI Service, it gives me the following error:
Extension{"extensionDataSourceKind":"zendesk","extensionDataSourcePath":"https://expansaocacaushow.zendesk.com/"}
and it says the Gateway can't be added.
Any idea how to solve this? My Zendesk URL that isn't working is: https://expansaocacaushow.zendesk.com/
When I refresh the report on Power BI Desktop it works, however I want it to do it automatically everyday.

Zendesk is online service, it doesn't require gateway when you refresh the dataset in Power BI Service.
Could you please describe more details about "selecting same gateway"?

Hi!
I managed to schedule the auto refresh without choosing a gateway.
Now I have the following error while refreshing the dataset: The key didn't match any rows in the table.
I already opened the query editor and refreshed the preview of all the tables.
Still get the same error.
It only happens when trying to refresh it on Power BI Service.
On Power BI Desktop it works fine.

What version of Power BI Desktop do you use? What authentication type do you use in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service?

Hi, I am using the latest version (July 2018) and the authentication method is the same for both.
The native connector to Zendesk. I only provided the username and password.
