Will Personal Gateway Run While Windows is Locked?

I understand that the Personal Gateway will not run if I am logged off or if the machine is off. I am curious to know if the gateway will still run if I simply have the locked the PC?

Hi @bwelsh,

Based on my experience, the gateway won't run when we lock the computer. Also you can see from that article: Computer type.

"Many desktop computers go to sleep, scheduled refresh cannot occur if it’s asleep."

Hi @bwelsh

In my experience yes it still will run. My understanding is that when the PC is locked, you are still effictively logged on.
