It could be possible that the tenant id of ms365 is not the right one, where to found it ?

Firstly, you can go to the Office 365 admin center > Reports > Usage and locate the Office 365 Adoption tile on the main dashboard page. The tenant id is listed on the tile.
Secondly, according to this official article, the above error could also occur when you have multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforced. Turn off MFA and check if the issue still persists.
Thirdly, you can connect to Office 365 Adoption preview PBIT file in Power BI Desktop,
