Permissions to integrate Power BI with Azure by non Global Administrator?

Can anyone please suggest what level of specific privilege is required for a non Global Administrator to integrate Power BI with Azure?

Could you please elaborate that integrate Power BI with Azure? Do you want to embed Power BI report to Azure platform? And which non global administrator do you refer to?

The permission has been described in the blog you post, what other information would you like to get?

Important Note:
We support both basic and Federated authentication. Ensure that the user trying to download the content pack has Security Reader or Admin permissions to access the content pack.
