How do I get the same format in Excel as I have in Power BI

I have created tables/matrices in my Power BI report in a format that I want it to show up in when I export a graph to Excel. However, when I download my tables/matrices it doesn't download the "formula" that is set up to show the totals/sums of a column, it changes my matrices into a table format, and it doesn't keep the conditional formatting that I have on my tables/matrices.

How do I get Excel to dowload the exact thing I have created in Power BI?

Thanks in advance

@mvpeterman,

Do you use Export data feature in Power BI Service? If so, it will not bring formula and conditional formatting into Excel, it will only show you data in table format.

If you want to keep conditional formatting, you can export report to PowerPoint following the guide in this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-publish-to-powerpoint .

And if you want to bring measures to Excel, please use Analyze in Excel feature.

Regards,
Lydia
