I have seen several postings on this but no resolutions, so here is our issue. The environment is as follows:
* Linux machine with PostgreSQL database
* Windows 2016 Datacenter server with May 2018 On-premise Data Gateway that was updated through the link in the On-Premise Data Gateway Windows application to June 2018
* The gateway worked for several days and then stopped with an error in the interface about the connection being cancelled
The error that is appearing in the log is as follows:
DM.EnterpriseGateway Information: 0 : 2018-06-18T19:57:45.3605893Z DM.EnterpriseGateway 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 0000 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 1A7C6F2D [DM.GatewayCore] ServiceEndpoint Connection status: Offline, LastError: 'System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: The connection to the connect service was lost. ---> Microsoft.ServiceBus.ConnectionLostException: The connection to the connect service was lost.
I restarted the On-Premise service after the June 2018 upgrade, but that did not help.
From the Windows server with On-Premise gateway, I ran the PowerShell
Test-NetConnection -ComputerName watchdog.servicebus.windows.net -Port 9350
and received a proper response including "TcpTestSucceeded : True."
Any suggestions?
@RandyPgh,
Please export gateway log and share the .zip file here.

My client is concerned about placing the log data onto the forum for public view. Is there another way to deliver it to you?
@RandyPgh,
You can share the log via Private Message.
