Get data from Power Query instead of directly into PowerPivot

Good morning,

I have already pulled in a table from PowerPivot (before I got Office 2016 that allowed PowerQuery to PowerPivot).  I have many DAX measures referencing that table.  I need that table to be filtered through PowerQuery now.  Is their any method I can "Get & Transform" the table using PowerQuery without it affecting 20-30 of my DAX measures that reference the table?

Thank you,

James K.
