Azure Enterprise Content Pack but for those without EA, like CSP

Azure Enterprise Content Pack (here) is beatiful and very useful for our customers who run Azure Enterprise. But many of our customers are not running EA but for example using CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) to run their Azure workloads. It would be nice to let them use the billing visualized in PowerBI. Anyone know if this is possible or maybe coming in the future?
