Problems with personal gateway

Hi Guys,
I am having a problem to configure the gateway.
I cannot schedule refresh in my data.
Do you have the same problem?

Hi, please verify that you downloaded Power BI Gateway-Personal and activated it, afer applying it you need to finish editing Data Source credentials, and then schedule should refresh. Feel free to let us know if you still have any questions.

After installing the personal Power BI Gateway i want to refresh my schedule but it says that the gateway is off line ?????
How do i activate it ?

You can restart your computer, then try it again.

After installed Power BI - Personal Gateway, you need to open the app, then sign in it with power bi account. if so, your data gateway will display "online" status.
