An error occurred. Unable to load drag and drop problem.

I've just got to the Visualusing Your Data Knowledge Check & can't see , or respond to questions 2, 4 or 5.  Instead of the questions, I just get a single line of error text reading, "An error occurred. Unable to load drag and drop problem."  I've tried clearing my browsing data & signing back in after restarting my laptop, but the error persists.  Can anyone advise me how to resolve this, please?

I finally solved this by logging in my from my home desktop, running Internet Explorer, which shows the images for the deag & drop questions that were invisible to me in Google Chrome, & Safari frok my work laptop.  It also solves the issue in a number of the lab exercises, where you are told that your result should look something like... & the image is not displayed.  I don't know what the underlying issue is, but hope this solution may work for others with the same issue.

I finally resolved this when prompted in Lab 6 that Microsoft Silverlight needs to be installed to complete that Lab.  Installing it also surfaced the previously undisplayed drag & drop questions in earlier modules.  This should be stipulated in the Lab Environment Set-Up Section as a pre-requisite for completing the Lab activities!
