Hoping that someone from support monitors these posts, because I have been using the free version of Power BI alongside my other colleagues for a number of months (I actually activated my account before they did). I got a pop up last month about not being able to share unless I purchased Pro but I could still get the 12 month free trial. I didn't do anything with it at the time, however now I am only being offered a 60 day trial.
My colleagues have got their free trial but I haven't.
The support pages say that it should be in my notifications, but nothing is there. How can I contact support about this to get this rectified? Ironically I can't get any free support because I don't have a pro licence.
Can anyone help.
