"Psuedo" Real Time Web Dashboard

Hello everyone! Long story short is: my employer wants to have an HTML dashboard that pulls data from a server that is added to weekly, have Power BI generate reports based on that data, then display those reports on a web-based dashboard. Basically, the idea is to set up the process through code, and hypothetically not have to touch Power BI in a "manual" sense.
Admittedly, I am new to much of this. So I'm not looking for necessarily an in-depth answer, but perhaps just: 1. Is this possible?
2. Can anyone point me to a resource that might help me step through this?
