geolocation compared to the current location of a user

Is it possible to geolocation with PowerBI.com or with the mobile application :

Example to propose all the available equipment on a map in a perimeter of X km (x being configurable) compared to the current location of a user.

As far as I know, it is not possible to get the current location of a user in Power BI, not to mention the further requests. You can submit your idea at Power BI Ideas and vote it up.
