building powerbi core repo playground does't work

HI , I am trying to run powerbi-core playground without Visual Studio but getting below. Please suggest.

According to the error message, those related files are not located in assets folder under root directory. Copy the files in lib folder and check if it works.

To run the project in Visual Studio, you need to copy the

"PowerBI-visuals-core\lib" folder to "PowerBI-visuals-core\src\Clients\PowerBIVisualsPlayground".
