any way to refresh report without limit times?

Hi,

I have an app embeded with PBI client, which displays one report. In my workflow, the datset might be updated with user's operation. Then I hope the report will be refreshed accordingly. It works by refreshing dataset, and reload PBI client..

BUT, PBI has restrcition on times of refreshing report! e.g. for common client, only 8 times per 24 hours. It is far less than what my workflow requires.

PBI real time sounds a workaround, however with my understanding, it is rather for the scenario of IoT system, while in my workflow , the dataset has a lot of records, I will need to refresh all of them together. in another word, if using realtime, it seems it is not suitable to my requirement.
