actionButton Power BI JSON Theme

I am trying to put together a theme for the action button, but have not figured out the right syntax to set the Default State, On Hover, and On Press outline theme.  Below is what I have so far.  Anybody have an example?  Thanks.

        "actionButton": {
            "*": {
                "visualHeader": [{
                    "show": true
                }],
                "border": [{
                    "show": false
                }],
                "fill": [{
                    "show": true
                }],
                "outline": [
                    {
                        "show":true
                    }
                ]
            }
        }

@jkerski

Did you ever work out an answer to this?

I am trying to work this out atm.

Cheers

I haven't figured it out yet either. I have been looking through the custom visual docs to see if I can find the schema. I will share if I find something.

I haven't had a chance to try this yet, but the theming support for filter pane may give some clues.
$id: "on hover"
Or something similar might work.

Success !!!!

@tmckenzie  could you elaborate on this please and submit a .json file that can be imported to a desktop file so I can see the structure of the file. My JSON skills aren't the best and I've been struggling to get this working even with your example. Thanks

@jcarville

The above post will show you how to apply this to both Action Buttons and the Filter Pane & Cards.
