Want to automate Data Extraction in the given scenario

Hello,

My  problem is that we have some data coming from Heat software which cannot directly connect to Power BI. Now every alternate day Iopgin to Heat export data to excel and then put that excel to share point. Now i use sharepoint to get data into power bi. This issue will be resolved may be at the end of this year because we are replacing heat by Salesforce or any other. But till then, this is very hectic for me to do this task every alternate day. I want it to be automated anyhow. I need your suggestions regarding this.

There are many RPA tools on the market. You can try Power Automate Desktop | Microsoft Power Automate

Export the Heat data in CSV format and place it directly on the sharepoint/Onedrive.  You can even try to do this via an RPA tool.

will this RPA tool automate the task. It would be great if you could provide any like regarding this tool or any such kind of resource because I don't know about RPA tool
