Using Power Bi REST API

I'm trying to get Microsoft Flow to kick off a data refresh or even try to get Postman to kick off the refresh.  It's not clear in any of the documentation on how to generate a API-Key to do this.  

I can copy the cURL, but eventually that bearer token expires and no longer works within Postman.  

I'm really at a lost of what I should be doing here.  I've gone to https://dev.powerbi.com/apps and generated a clientID and secretID, but from the documentation I have seen I'm suppose to generate a C# script next?
