Updating slicer from embedded visual

I am embedding a few visuals in a webpage, which works fine. But how can I filter the slicer that is on the Power BI Page, I was able to add/update/remove filters on the report/page/visual but the slicer that is on the page is still affecting the visual.

This is what I have so far, it's gone through a few different interations

I don't know if I just need to remove that slicer from Power BI and let the webpage handle the filtering or if there is a way to change the slicer from the embedded visual.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks!

Hi @acarlson

I think you are currently trying single visual embedding. And you have problem in interaction between multiple visuals.

Here are offical blogs about single visual embedding.
